Trying to recover from thin content penalty from GoogleWe just launched anitroves.com early this 2026 and had added thousands of Anime and Manga pages with basic wiki informations along with our Characters roleplays, Otaku and AniPick AI.We thought those pages would be great to rank for multiple keywords and get initial traffic but after a few weeks google analyzed and penaltized our site for thin content though it didn't showed any issues in manual actions but it did de-indexed whole site and then only remained our main page, we got more than 30,000 impressions within 2 weeks which dropped to a few hundreds.As we are only college students with no real developer or experience but passion, now we have removed all those thousands of pages and have kept only Anime characters Roleplay chats along with Otaku AI. Our books, our code, every stack overflow answer, the dumb forum arguments we had at 2am. The companies creating these models didn't create that knowledge, they scraped it and compressed it, and what comes back out is mostly our own collective output re-encoded and handed back to us. The work is expensive and valuable, so I don't mean to diminish that, but exclusivity on this seems completely unfair. These organizations already play fast-and-loose with copyright, but even if they didn't, we can't all go retroactively copyright every word we've posted on the internet.We all know how patents work. They are a controversial topic, especially in computing, but their intent is to disincentivize secrecy. It's taken about 1.5 to 2 weeks to get from zero to this first release.macOS doesn't expose the monitor-mode / packet-injection path that WFB systems normally rely on. I really didn't like the idea of needing a separate linux box just to talk WFB to other edge devices, like drones.
