Then when you want to iterate on changes as AI inevitably makes a mistake, you either throw away the work, or have to pull down the branch and clean it up. This feels really clunky. With Firebender, background agents run locally in a lightweight git worktree/IDE tab. Ask HN: How are you checking the security of your vibecoded personal projects?Last night I had a computational use case itch that needed scratching and some time to kill, so I did something I haven't done before: I sat down with GitHub CoPilot in agentic mode to vibecode. I'm a Python backend dev, and wanted a GUI-based program to view and edit .ADIF files on MacOS.I worked through prompting it to make an Electron.js app (which I have no experience with) written in React (which I have only a slight amount of experience with) that can open the files and display their contents in an Ag-Grid element. I confirmed that it will at least open a test file before quitting for the evening.I know generally what to look for when it comes to Python code and security, but am not so sharp with Electron.js and React. Ask HN: Undo muscle loss due to chronic overuseI have a problem that I have a heavy physical regiment because I have an autistic child with ADHD who needs constant safeguarding and physical interaction, picking up throwing around, take to playgrounds 6-9 hours a day on weekend, constant watching etc.I'm in Denmark so I get some help with this, but my muscles are basically worn out from overuse and I used to be quite muscular. My legs especially, I find it difficult to go up ladders, and other things requiring leg strength because I never get an adequate chance to rest my legs up (if my child goes away for a couple of days I need to spend those days fixing everything around the house, so constant movement)Part of this is age obviously but from my experience guys who are in their late 50s generally don't have these problems if they have kept in shape, to me it seems a result completely of over stress and the problems of age regarding rebuilding muscles once they are torn down.So what I'm asking is what medications etc. would one reco

Show HN: Resy Reservation Scalper BotURL is linked to the repo. I figured I'd make a quick post explaining how I created a scalper bot for dinner reservations in New York to resell them for profit.Resy is a very interesting platform to mess around with. I still consider myself to be a noobish developer, but even I can see that there are many glaring flaws on the platform. The most annoying thing that I've encountered on their website though is that they misuse the 500 response and essentially throw it around for anything that isn't a 200 or 400.Before making a full scalper bot, I created a scraper that would check the availability of the top restaurants in New York every 15 seconds or so. If a good reservation was available, the script would send me a discord webhook with the link to the restaurant so that I could go claim the dinner reservation manually. After doing this for a few months I figured I might as well try scaling things up since I was making a few thousand dollars a month from this stuff at that point.I thoug
