I requested an export from ChatGPT a few days ago and received the zip this morning, but the zip is missing messages.I know this because I manually downloaded several of the conversations before requesting the export, and the manual downloads contain the messages, but the export doesn't. I actually had ChatGPT do a second verification and it confirmed the missing messages.I had ChatGPT generate a report showing concrete evidence of an export-integrity problem, not just a difference in titles or formatting. I then tried to submit the report via the chat on help.openai.com, and the chat stopped responding completely.For context, the missing threads were completely benign (discussions regarding the historical development of Rabbinic Judaism), so this appears to be a technical data integrity bug rather than a moderation or filtering choice. Has anyone else noticed missing data in their recent OpenAI exports?

Show HN: Build native iOS widgets from any HTTPS endpointhttps://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=49033628I built Dashlet since I often found myself building different web dashboards for all sorts of data (custom page views monitoring, app downloads, info from my home sensors) and I quickly got tired of always having to navigate to a page in Safari and reenter credentials to access them.I wanted to just simply be able to see it on my phone, when scrolling around it - in almost realtime.I've built bespoke apps (just for myself) in the past, that mapped a specific custom API for that purpose, but it was a hassle anytime I changed something in the response or added some new API for myself.So, Dashlet is an answer to that - it can handle any JSON (or XML, or even image) endpoints and has a nice interactive way of picking which values out of it should be displayed in which type of widget. So, if something has an API but no app (or no widget), Dashlet lets you point it at an HTTPS endpoint, visually map fields from JSON/XML/images, and create native Home Screen (also lock screen and Apple Watch)

Now they have added a layer of AI automation whereby any support e-mail receives an automated AI reply to which you have to reply to escalate to a human. Unfortunately that loop is broken. I never get a human into the loop at all (they must be so surprised and happy that their support backlogs have gotten so short! Some PM is probably celebrating having made their system completely self-explanatory)In our case they have misrouted our payouts, and I'd be very happy if I could manage to get hold of a human.Do you know anyone working at Paddle I could escalate to, or an email different from sellers@paddle.com that one can use?Thank you!edit: language+grammar
