Show HN: Referall – Website to fairly share shopping referral linkshttps://referall.co.uk/I built Referall to help people get discounts and rewards from “refer a friend” offers, even if they don’t personally know someone using that service.People can submit referral links into a shared pool. When someone clicks Reveal, a weighted system selects a community member’s link. Submitting links earns credits which slightly improve your chances over time, with cooldowns and limits to keep it fair.Currently focused on UK offers. Accounts are limited to UK users for now.https://referall.co.ukWould love feedback.

So I built @SornicBot on Telegram - you send it any article URL and it sends back an MP3 you can listen to right inside Telegram. How it works:Open @SornicBot on Telegram Send any article link Get back an MP3 in seconds It extracts the article text (strips ads, popups, cookie banners), then converts it to natural-sounding audio. You get 3 free articles per day.Just forward an interesting article link to the bot and listen to it later. If you prefer a web experience, there's also https://sornic.com where you can:Choose from 6 different AI voices Queue up multiple articles for back-to-back listening Download MP3s for offline use Get HD audio quality with credits The bot is free to use with a daily limit. Would love feedback on the audio quality and any article sources that don't work well.Bot: https://t.me/SornicBot Web: https://sornic.comMake sure to read the list of not allowed URLs before using it on the how it work

Show HN: An aesthetic customizable online flip clock and my first ever apphttps://flipcloc.com/I know there are many flip clocks out there, but flip clocks are truly wonderful and my version FlipCloc is smooth, optimized, detailed, and fully customizable to match your workflow / aesthetics / mood.Often, flip clocks online feel half baked: choppy animations, bad flipping animations, lazy flap separations, sometimes not even distinct top and bottom flaps, zero customization, and so on. After playing with time related concepts in various projects, I wanted to build an app of my own and made this using WebGL and React. This is my first ever app and I’m quite proud of this beta version.Try the full experience for free in any browser. No ads, just a beautiful clock you can run in a tab, window, or PiP while working or studying. (One-time purchase unlocks saving custom themes, settings, and presets and is usable on the web, app, or screensaver.) You can start by trying out some of the different preset styles and then customizing it to your preferences.Key features:• Show/hide seconds,

Ask HN: Surveyed 218 entrepreneurs on burnout – 92% overwhelmed monthlyhttps://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=46987895I've been running an anonymous survey asking entrepreneurial people "Why do entrepreneurial people keep burning out?", 218 responses so far. Sharing preliminary findings and curious what resonates with this community.Methodology note upfront: this is product research, not academic. Self-selected sample, no control group, no IRB. Take the percentages directionally, not as gospel. That said, 218 responses with open-ended answers surface patterns worth discussing.Numbers:- 92% feel overwhelmed at least a few times a month (only 8% said "almost never") - 48% feel overwhelmed weekly or daily - 42% struggle deciding their next priority at least multiple times a week - 50% report neurodivergence impacts their daily work — far higher than I expected - Average self-rating of "productive best" hovers around 3.2/5.0, quality of life at 3.0/5.0When asked "if you could fix ONE thing about your execution," the dominant answer was focus and context switching - not skills, time management or disciplin

Show HN: Consciousness Gateway – AI routing with consciousness-first alignmenthttps://github.com/Move37LLC/consciousness-gatewayI built a self-hosted AI gateway that implements all 3 layers of the GATO alignment framework (Model, Agent, Network) using consciousness-aware routing based on Donald Hoffman's conscious agent theory. What makes it different from standard gateways:1. Product Algebra routing (Kronecker fusion) selects models based on cross-modal interaction patterns, not just cost/capability2. Dharma constraints (no-self regularization, entropy optimization, mindfulness, compassion) are built into every request pipeline3. RBAC + reputation engine creates Nash equilibrium incentives for good agent behaviorLive metrics from first requests: - Ego formation: 0.000 (no persistent self-representation) - Compassion score: 0.970 - Ethos validation: passingThe routing is based on empirically validated research - we trained 439 models proving Product Algebra fusion beats attention baselines at cross-modal tasks (10 statistically significant wins, p

Show HN: 3D and World Models for Consistent AI Filmmakinghttps://getartcraft.com/news/world-models-for-filmI've been a photons-on-glass filmmaker for over ten years, and I've been developing ArtCraft for myself, my friends, and my colleagues. All of my film school friends have a lot of ambition, but the production pyramid doesn't allow individual talent to shine easily. 10,000 students go to film school, yet only a handful get to helm projects they want with full autonomy - and almost never at the blockbuster budget levels that would afford the creative vision they want. Show HN: Open-source React Native templates (trading, messaging, AI chat)https://github.com/craftreactnative/templatesI built and open-sourced a collection of 20 production-ready React Native templatesEach template is a single, self-contained screen. All built with React Native New Architecture, TypeScript, and 4 core libraries: Reanimated, Gesture Handler, Unistyles, and React Native SVG. No UI framework, no heavy dependencies. Framework-agnostic, works with Expo Router, React Navigation, or custom navigation.I started this project before AI got good at writing UI code. The plan was different then. But building UI screens is becoming a commodity, AI makes it cheaper every day, and the trend is clear.Developers can move much faster now — no need to rebuild the same onboarding flow every time. So these are more useful as open reference implementations, showing what's achievable with a focused, minimal stack, than as a gated product.Templates also include some basic documentation to help AI coding assistants understand the structure if you want to use them for customization.Demo app available on TestFli

Show HN: Nomad Tracker, a local-first iOS app to track visas and tax residencyhttps://www.thenomadtracker.comHi HN, I’m full stack developer (formerly iOS) and I just launched Nomad Tracker, a native iOS app to help digital nomads track physical presence across countries for visa limits and tax residency.Key idea: everything runs on-device. No accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics.Features:- Calendar-based day tracking per country. - Schengen 90/180 and other visa “runways”. - Fiscal residency day counts and alerts. - Optional background location logging (battery-efficient, never overwrites manual data). - Photo import using metadata only (no image access). - On-device “Fiscal Oracle” using Apple’s Foundational Models to ask questions about your own data. Also you can choose AI models for this, but not local.I created this because other apps felt limiting and didn’t do what I needed. This app is visual, user-focused, and designed to make tracking easy and clear.Happy to answer questions or discuss the technical tradeoffs.

Show HN: Privacy-first iOS Keyboard with above-key predictionshttps://www.klava.space/Hey y'all, building Klava – an iOS keyboard inspired by BlackBerry, Windows Phone and other iconic aesthetics. It's pretty cool, I love it.It started because I missed BlackBerry keyboard's above-key predictions dearly. That is, suggestions are displayed above individual keys as you type, and you can flick them up to input words. Then came the realisation that I am violently nostalgic for the design languages of the past, when phones were fun – and have been looking for something like that on iOS for ages. Lastly, I realised that everything should be highly customisable and privacy-first because that's nice for me and for everyone.v1.2 now out with 25+ languages supported. Any Qs on the peculiarities (there are a ton) of building a custom iOS keyboard – feel free to shoot, and any thoughts & feedback.

Show HN: Onlybots.camhttps://onlybots.camHi HN — I'm Martyn and I built this.A few years ago I interviewed with the company behind Stripchat. I would have taken the offer if I'd passed. At the time I figured the webcam industry was sleazy but functional. Then someone wrote a comment to my favorite social platform, that laid out what the industry actually looks like from the inside — contracts that change after signing, studios making tens of thousands a night while models get hundreds, performers who looked happy at 25 but had no family and no way back at 40.I came up with the domain name first. Then I bought it. Then I used AI to pull every relevant study I could find — Human Rights Watch reports, ICIJ investigations, peer-reviewed papers. The research that would have taken weeks took about an hour. I verified every source by hand. What you see on onlybots.cam is the result. The site looks like an AI companion platform. Click any button and it flips — every fake metric becomes a real statistic. Average creator earns $180/mont

Show HN: CodeRLM – Tree-sitter-backed code indexing for LLM agentshttps://github.com/JaredStewart/coderlm/blob/main/server/REPL_to_API.mdI've been building a tool that changes how LLM coding agents explore codebases, and I wanted to share it along with some early observations.Typically claude code globs directories, greps for patterns, and reads files with minimal guidance. It works in kind of the same way you'd learn to navigate a city by walking every street. You'll eventually build a mental map, but claude never does - at least not any that persists across different contexts. The Recursive Language Models paper from Zhang, Kraska, and Khattab at MIT CSAIL introduced a cleaner framing. Instead of cramming everything into context, the model gets a searchable environment. The model can then query just for what it needs and can drill deeper where needed.coderlm is my implementation of that idea for codebases. A Rust server indexes a project with tree-sitter, builds a symbol table with cross-references, and exposes an API. The agent queries for structure, symbols, implementations, callers, and grep results — getting back e

I built ClawHosters (https://clawhosters.com), a managed hosting platform for OpenClaw, the open-source AI agent framework.Quick timeline: domain registered February 5th. First paying customer six days later. I probably should have spent more time on it, but it works. If you haven't seen OpenClaw, it lets you run a personal AI assistant that connects to Telegram, Discord, Slack, and WhatsApp. Self-hosting it is absolutely possible, but it's a pain. You're dealing with Docker setup, SSL certs, port forwarding, security hardening, keeping the image updated. Most people don't want to deal with any of that. They just want the thing running. That's what ClawHosters does. You pick a tier (EUR 19-59/mo), click create, and you've got a running instance with a subdomain. About 60 seconds if we have prewarmed capacity, maybe 90 seconds from a cold snapshot. Some technical details that might interest this crowd:*Subdomain routing chain.* Every instance gets
