Living in Netherlands already for 4 years and working as a Software Engineer at Amazon/AWS. Lately I've been trying to pass Dutch Speaking exams, which I've passed successfully. But during that process I needed a tool which could prepare me exactly for the Dutch Speaking Exam, give some feedback and make me overall confident. I didn't want to go to a tutor. So, I decided to implement a mobile app for that (in the process I used Babbel app which inspired my own app).The app contains 200+ unique questions and integrates optional 'ChatGPT' feedback on the given answer (this is optional). Also a predefined verified answer which you can learn from. All the questions are generated by me and the voices are AI voices. I've tried to introduce multiple personalities to make the experience enjoyable.Based on the feedback I've received from my first post I understood that the majority of people wanted an iOS version, so I was working all the past months to ship on iOS and here May 7, 2024 8:37 AM

These are usually written by people who were unable to answer the questions they were asked when interviewing, and tend to go out of date quickly in our fast-paced world.Here is some general advice that never goes out of date that I wish I had gotten when I was first starting out my career:Be on time. Dress appropriately. Stand up straight. Hold your shoulders back, but be relaxed. Smile, but not too much. Make eye contact, but not too much. Get a good night's sleep before the interview. You have spent years preparing and there is no way to cram the night before. Use search tools to familiarize yourself with the company. With a 5 figures investment, I chose Coinbase's Vault for "security" without the cold wallet setup hassle. I setup my email and phone number as the standard Signatories, loaded up my vault.But this "No hassle" option became a horror show.One month after setting up, I was blocked from accessing my Vault by a mysterious OTP pop-up that claimed to have sent me an OTP which never came. As an engineer, I signed in on my desktop and using inspect-element, found out some weird JS blocking the OTP request button from actually sending the OTP — odd, but I wrote it off as a bug and moved on.Zoom to August 2023: Coinbase sends me an email that my region will no longer be supported. Few days later, they inform me I must go through a KYC process to keep using Coinbase, which I powered through. Post-KYC, my Vault's back, but guess what?
